The Blue School has a vibrant PTA with members taking part in a number of social activities as part of fund raising for the school. Its a great way to make new friends and also find some mutual support as a parent/carer during the teenage years!
Currently the committee are working to build a permanent enhanced base for the student council, providing meeting and office accommodation for students to discuss and plan their latest projects.
All parent/carers of students attending The Blue School are welcome to join the PTA.

PTA meetings are held in The Atom Cafe and the next meeting is to be held on 24 April 2012 at 6.30 pm. Meetings end at 7.30pm prompt.

A school quiz is held every autumn. Teams of up to 6 are invited to come along and enjoy a drink and enter the fun of a non-intellectual quiz! Promise!

The school PTA has provided teams of stewards at The Glastonbury Festival raising significant funds for the school.

Bag2School
At specified times in the year the PTA undertakes collections of any old clothes/duvet covers/sheets in bags for recycling. This is a good opportunity to have a good clear out and raise funds for school.

100 Club
The PTA runs a 100 club. Currently each ticket costs £12 a year for inclusion in 4 draws throughout the year. Parents/Carers or supporters of the school can buy as many tickets as they wish to increase their chances of winning.
