PTA Information
The PTA is a committee comprising parents and teachers who meet bi-termly with the aim of raising funds for the benefit of the pupils and the school.
In 2008/2009 the PTA raised over £20,000, through various fund raising events. This money went towards the purchase of a new mini-bus for the school, for field trips and away sporting fixtures. The current fundraising object is the purchase of a dedicated building for the Blue School Council, whose many student teams work so hard in so many varied ways. SPORTS RAFFLE
Tickets (50p each) will be on sale on Monday lunchtimes in Kennion Foyer. There are fantastic signed prozes, including:-
- A Michael Owens-signed Manchester United shirt
- A Jonny Wilkinson-signed rugby ball
- A running suit worn at Beijing Olympics and signed by Christian Malcolm
100 CLUB
All parents can support the PTA by joining the '100 Club'. It costs as little as £12 per year, with a draw held every quarter. Click here for an Application Form

GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL 2010:
THE PTA will be providing volunteers based at three locations within the festival and these places have now been filled and the necessary training provided. If you are interested in stewarding next year then please contact Robin Horton (robinjhorton@googlemail.com).
ANNUAL QUIZ NIGHT
Our annual Quiz Night was really well attended on 16 October 2009. More than 150 people came along and helped raise in excess of £1,200. Many thanks if you took part or helped on the night. Thanks to Wells Cathedral Stonemasons for sponsoring all the beer and to all the companies and individuals who donated raffle pizes. Everyone had a really good time. The date for the net quiz is to be set for October 2010
