Facilities

The training and practical assessment is carried out by the Blue School Catering Manager and her staff in a purpose built training kitchen based at The Blue School. 

The kitchen is fully equipped to train 16 learners and is based adjacent to a real working environment where more than a 1,000 meals a day are produced for the school population as well as four Primary Schools. 

Tours may be arranged for prospective learners or employers.
