Exercise Classes
A whole selection of group exercise classes are offered. Pre Booking is essential.
Aerobics Beginners- Monday – 19.00 – 20.00 A lower intensity class that gets you used to the moves and rhythm. Feel no fear, everyone in the class is at a similar level. Members £2:35 per class Non- Members £4:70 per class
Boxercise - Tuesday - 19.45 - 20.45 This high intensity class is designed to get your blood pumping. Members £2:35 per class Non- Members £4:70 per class
Adult Trampoline - Tuesday - 19.00 - 20.00 (term time course). There are two flexible ways of booking onto Adult Trampoling. Book for the whole course and pay the equivalent of £4.50 per session. Or if you cannot make a number of sessions pay as you go for £6.00 per session (subject to availibility). We limit our class to a maximum of 10 people to ensure you get plenty of active bed time
Wake Up Fitness – Wednesday – 10.00- 11.00 A class split in 2!. One half is spent warming up, stretching and light aerobic exercise – the second is based in the Fitness Suite. The class is well suited to the maturer generation. Please call to book a space as the time does change during different school terms. Members £1:75 per class Non- Members £3:50 per class
