Legs, Tums and Bums – Wednesday – 19.00 – 20.00 With an emphasis on technique and toning. These classes often include Fitballs, hand weights, resistant bands. A short aerobic warm up is followed by a series of toning exercises to work all those problem areas! Members £2:35 per class Non- Members £4:70 per class
Pilates There are two flexible ways of booking onto your favourite Pilates course. Book the whole course and get a great deal equating to £4.80 per class or pay as you go £6.25 per session. We limit our class size to a maximum of 12 people to ensure you get sufficient instructor attention.
